I am so cranked up about painting florals.
Darrell, Several months ago, I bought the floral instructional videos when they were on sale, but I never watched them. This past weekend the weather just so bad I deceide to stay in and watch them. What a surprise. I think they are better then the landscape instructional videos. I am so cranked up about painting florals. After watching some of them I started to practice and it is amazing. I love it. I'll let you know how I progress. Thanks, Martin Ballen

I'm starting to believe in myself.
Dear Mr Crow,,,I am from australia and found you just by playing around on the internet,,i never heard of you and never had any interest in painting cause i didnt think it was possible considering i have no skills in this field,,my impression was you had to be born with this talent to paint,,,,,well untill i came past your internet site i am now starting to believe possibly i can do this,,i mean you state you had no idea yourself of this painting business ,,after reading and going over all of your details on your website i am starting to believe in myself i can do this,,, i want to give this 110% commitment,,is this really possible,,well i think it is and thats why i have purchased your videos ,cds as i believe in you and most of all im believeing in myself,,,i work in 1 of the biggest markerts here in australia and there is an artist there whom i used to watch endlessly and was always amazed on his work,,alot of times i used to come home a little flat wishing i had some sought of skill like that,,well after watching your demos i am thrilled that somehow i can do this,,you have given me insperaration and hope,,im going to practise and practise and practise and hopefully prove to myself i can do this,,,,,,thankyou darrell so much as i look forward to talk to you again soon,,adios robert

It Was So Easy To Follow Your Technique
Dear Mr Crow Darrell Many thanks for your oil painting DVD that I have received, I have watched the first lesson and I found it very interesting, it was so easy to follow your technique that you explain and talk through. It was very encouraging for the beginners to have a go and it try out so I felt more confident by now after seen your DVD. I will have a go and try out oil painting ....... You Are To Blame..., So Again, Thank You, Thank You.
Hi Darrell,
Here are a couple of my paintings. I can't tell you how much I enjoy doing this and how much I thank you for teaching me. For the longest time I couldn't get the red and greens to work and I just could not figure it out, trees and bushes were really hard for me for some reason. But one day when I was doing the picture of the cabin I discovered that I had gotten a tube of acrylic sap green and all the other paints were oils, needless to say I tossed the acrylic and bought a new tube of oil, My very next pine tree almost looked like a tree and even had some dimension to it, there is hope for me yet. Now my son is starting to show a little interest. He is so talented and can paint rings around me, but until recently has shown no sighs of wanting to do any art work. You are to blame for that too, so again, thank you, thank you.

Received your introduction DVD in the mail yesterday.... My husband and I made the time to sit down and watch the DVD last night and were astounded at what was unfolding before our eyes, both of us are not painters but have always had a love of art, and now we have a starting point with this wonderful tuition. We were just lost for words, thank you.
We will watch the DVD a couple more times and then start our journey together.

WOW!!!!!!!
Hello Darrell, I had to wait till I arrived back in U.K. at Christmas to be able to look at the d.v.d`s I had purchased from your studio`s. WOW!!!!!!! it was worth the wait ,the wonderful way you explain the different technics is amazing,my whole family were absorbed. Now I am back in Italy (working) I have had the opportunity to practice some of the technics you teach. and I really find your style so pleasing and delighting to follow ,you have a great sense of humour too!! After trying clouds , trees , bushes and mountains, my wife said to try a full picture ..... so I did .....Thank you for showing me how to do this wonderfull way to paint .My picture has been "taken" already by my daughter, well it`s her birthday so I have dedicated it to her. I Was Blown Away By The Painting I Did.
Dear Darrell,
I am learning to paint flowers from your DVD sets and loving it. ...I was blown away with how nice the painting came out when I painted along with your DVD Roses, Roses, Roses. I expected that I would have to toss that painting out but I love it and will be framing it and keeping it for myself. You are such a great teacher Darrell and you repeat things until my thick head finally gets it! I was shocked that I was actually able to make my painting look so good. Now I want to try another painting with the iris since I loved the one you did on the DVD!

I'm Doing It!!
Hi Darrell; My name is Andy. I'm 52 years old; i live in a beautiful part of Scotland in Argylll as i look out my window i can see mountains and the sea, As a youngster i dabbled with painting mostly water colours; it never amounted to much. As i have the luxury of such beautiful scenery from my window i have often thought how great it would be if i had the skill to oil paint them; i never thought for one minute that after watching your DVDs i could actually do it myself. Well i am doing it! and quite well at that! following your style and technique i am turning out works of art [well my family thinks so] i get a real kick out of it as well. Thanks Darrell Andy
